Program Description: 

This weekly mindfulness program is designed to help reduce stress by using a variety of meditation practices.  You will learn how to relax your body and mind to help you feel more centered, clear, reenergized, and lighter for your day.  Class is designed for beginners and those with a current mindfulness practice.  All participants will move at their own pace and can start at any time.   Sessions are great for the workplace, private groups, and community offerings.   Sessions can be held in-person or virtually.  All are welcome and attend when your schedule allows!
