Frank Olivieri, a mindfulness meditation practitioner with over 30 years of experience, will examine the roots of stress, introduce the transformative power of mindfulness, and discuss its significance in our daily lives. The workshops will highlight core principles and practical techniques and will also guide attendees through meditation exercises designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, promote emotional resilience, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
